Do I need a microphone?
Yes. R5RP requires a working microphone because voice is central to almost every meaningful scene.
Is the server whitelist only?
Yes. Access runs through Discord and the whitelist process before anyone is expected to connect.
Can I join first and learn the rules later?
No. The rules hub is part of onboarding, not a document you save for after your first conflict.
What kind of roleplay is R5RP aiming for?
Serious, character-driven roleplay with enough restraint that losses, investigations, business scenes, and civic pressure still matter.
